Company Background
Ivernia Property Management & Consultancy was established by David Carberry in early 2009. David qualified with an honours degree in Property Economics from Bolton Street in 2002 and since then has worked exclusively in the Property Management sector.
David joined Irish Estates Management (one of Irelands largest Property & Facilities Management Company’s) in 2002, as a property manager and by 2006 had been made an Associate Director and Head of Property Management with responsibility for the management of properties with values in excess of €1bn. David managed properties in all sectors for various clients such as Irish Life Investment Managers, IDA Ireland, Cosgrave Property Group, Ballymore Properties, Shelbourne Development and numerous Owner lead Management Companys. David joined Shelbourne Development in 2008 where he successfully brought the management of the Shelbourne Development portfolio in house and further developed his ability to deliver cost effective, professional property management services.
During his time in the industry David has developed an in depth knowledge of the practices in place, what works and what doesn’t, the type of service clients receive and the type of service clients truly want. Ivernia has been established with a view to providing a service that is efficient, cost effective and transparent.

We operate using the Qube Global software package, a bespoke property management software package that is regarded the market leading property management software package and is used by numerous Institutional Property Investment Companies. Our commitment to investing in the best systems and people ensure that our clients properties are managed in the most efficient manner with accurate information that is “live”, offering our clients transparency at all times. We are committed to ensuring adequate resources are always provided to ensure your property is managed to the highest standards. We believe in providing value for money, we manage property at a cost level that will not compromise our ability to perform and maintain the high standards that we set ourselves.
Unlike many of our competitors, property management is our core function not merely an added service.
We are committed to providing the highest standards of service, we take pride in what we do and constantly strive to improve. We operate within the RICS guidelines are members of the IPFMA, the interim NPRSA and we welcome the regulation of the property management sector.
